I enjoy growing my accessibility expertise day by day and leveraging my existing expertise to support our many product teams in building better products.My passion is helping revolutionize the game industry by making it a more inclusive environment for those who are traditionally excluded from other forms of media.I graduated from UNC-CH as part of the class of 2020 with a double major in computer science and communications with a concentration in new media.

   I am a program manager on the Gaming Accessibility team. I work with people across the Gaming organization to make our products more accessible so that Xbox can be an industry leader in accessibility. I own accessibility product compliance and consult many of our non-game products on accessible design and implementation.Some of the products I am proud to have worked with or consulted on include- Controller Support for Window\'s On-Screen Keyboard (OSK)- The Xbox Credit Card- Xbox Adaptive Joystick demo videos and Xbox Controller Repairability videos- Xbox apps on PC and Mobile- Xbox Cloud Streaming on Web and Smart TVs- Various Xbox OS apps and componentsIt is truly a gift to be able to work with so many amazing people across industry leading products and to work together towards more accessible product solutions. I formerly worked on the Gaming Sustainability team. I lead a team of engineers to help us quantify the carbon footprint of gaming in order to drive carbon reduction.
