Responding to customer’s requests for claim analysis, plan design changes, and benefit questions and clarifications. Sales: Partner with Sales Directors in acquiring and implementing new business, attend and host broker events to provide unique products, and collaborate with sales management to develop and execute a proactive service plan for existing clients. Negotiation: Take positive and creative action to resolve renewal differences in a way that addresses the issue and maintains the relationship and drive negotiation.
