About Mary Frances Lungaretti

I am the lead Instructional Designer for Global Learning & Development department in HR at Tiffany & Co. My team works to deliver structured programs and offerings, meeting the employees where they are through a variety of modules to support them in leadership development, conflict management, coaching and feedback, self awareness, and onboarding. Prior to that, I worked in Creative Visual Merchandising for over 8 years in both a training and administrative capacity. I am most proud of my work on the production of the Assouline book, Windows at Tiffany & Co, 2018, production of internal documentary films, installation videos, and photo shoots. I am certified in Instructional Design from ATD, a certified virtual facilitator with MindGym, certified in Train-the-Trainer with TrainSmart, and a certified Mental Health First Aider from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. I received my Master’s degree from Sotheby’s Institute of Art with distinction in 2009 and was on the Dean’s List 2007 from Boston University receiving my Bachelor\'s degree in Art History.
