In my prior in-house roles at PrecisionHawk and Red Hat, I advised on commercial transactions, M&A integrations, risk mitigation, and new business model structures.Before attending law school, I was a project manager at a large company in the Research Triangle Park, working on multi-million-dollar overseas development projects and providing on-site training in South America.
