Implementation of Export Control program in different Wabtec entities in EMEA APAC zone-Responsible for the implementation and development of procedures, policies and practices to address export compliance at Wabtec business units based in Europe-Ensuring the appropriate export control classification of goods, technology, software-Conducting and providing guidance and support for required screening of third parties-Maintaining expertise in applicable regulatory requirements (especially those of the US, UK and EU) and raise awareness about how to comply with those requirements -Creating and administering trainings to key stakeholders to address export control risks-Helping design and administering export control audits and reviews to ensure compliance-Ensuring compliance with business processes for obtaining the necessary export authorizations including licenses, permits, etc-Ensure that required recordkeeping is conducted-Providing export compliance guidance and support to relevant business teams-Implementation of measures to help prevent, detect and respond to export control violations-Working collaboratively with individual business units to determine the most effective manner to embed export compliance requirements into business operations-Assistance with the development and implementation of global corporate policies, directives, procedures and processes for managing Wabtec’s global export compliance.
