   As a Reading by Design Intervention Specialist, I support elementary students through explicit, systematic, and multisensory instruction grounded in the Science of Teaching Reading. My focus is on equipping struggling readers, especially those with characteristics of dyslexia, with the tools and strategies they need to become confident, independent learners.Using the structured curriculum of Reading by Design, I deliver daily small-group lessons that target phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and reading comprehension.
