Oversee the operations, selections, and scheduling for over 140+ films of the ten-day annual film festivalSince 2007, majorly contributed to the expansion of the Festival from 6 days and 90+ films to 10 days and 140+ filmsManage the entire film submission process: screening over 800 films a year, selecting films, coordinating their show times at the Festival and leading a team of 20+ volunteers and co-workers through the annual processProduce literature and documentation for the Festival, including the yearly 150-page program book and brochureAttend film festivals to screen films for RiverRun and network with filmmakers and industry representativesLiaise with and coordinate the accommodations and schedules of filmmakers, jurors and special guestsCoordinate the delivery of films and related materials for the 100+ films each year with filmmakers and distributors Assisted in the application process for our Documentary Shorts and Animated Shorts sections to become Academy Award qualifying
