Neuroscience shows us that reframing can create new brain pathways to effectively change perceptions, to allow us to make better decisions and compassionately achieve objectives. Thought Warrior® works to foster strong yet gentle warriors, by using new cognitive framing to freshly assess challenges, in order to: enhance collaborative negotiation, dismantle communication obstructions, improve presentations, enable smooth teamwork, inspire innovation, influence an organization\'s culture, or address unique challenges. Immersion in Thought Warrior® tactics generates cognitive responses that release oxytocin and cortisol in the brain, which lead to connections through empathy. Resonant change can’t happen without empathy, so mastery of these tactics is vital for advancement. Work includes internal podcasts for PayPal; marketing and narrative strategy sessions at Mercer; and a full day of professional development for 50 C-suite leaders at the Ritz Carlton for Marsh & McLennan
