Develop and execute strategic initiatives for Discovery to Product (D2P), which delivers entrepreneurial training, mentoring and funding for UW-Madison innovators to commercialize technologies and take ideas and inventions to market. D2P served 400 innovators annually. Portfolio includes 150+ UW startups.• Established and managed metrics, data collection, and analysis, tracking program outcomes such as startup formation and follow-on funding.• Led Salesforce CRM implementation, enhancing constituent relationship management and reporting. Serve on UW’s Strategic Partnerships CRM Advisory Board.• Design and deliver key engagement programs including the Chancellor’s Entrepreneurial Achievement Awards, UW Innovate Week, and Wisconsin Entrepreneurs Showcase.• Secured more than $1M in grants for commercialization research.• Coordinate and convene the Innovate Network, a collaborative group of 19 campus and affiliate entrepreneurship and innovation organizations.• Collaborate with external partners such as the Wisconsin Technology Council, StartingBlock Madison, Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and Forward Fest to expand and deepen UW engagement and innovator opportunities.
