MI-GSO|PCubed, Ann Arbor, MIThe client’s Information Security organization provided policies, standards, and services with the focus of increasing the NIST cybersecurity maturity assessment (CSMA) for the entire enterprise. Established the Information Security PMO designed to provide portfolio management, program planning, execution support, change management, communications, and transparency to executive leadership. • Created a Program Structure that aligned to NIST and CSMA Information Security frameworks. Establish governance structure for 25 projects and 14 initiatives. Improvement target was met. Provided executive level reporting to CISO and CIO. • Created an Organizational Change Management practice within the Program to help with user acceptance of new services by providing roadshows to introduce the new services, engaging in workshops with the operating company leaders to guide them in building their CSMA Roadmaps.• Served as Delivery Manager for 9 consultants supporting the client and its operating companies. Provided coaching and mentoring support for these consultants and managed performance reviews, compensation planning and issues.
