About Mary Breton
Currently, I am combining two roles to build skills and explore - Technical Assistant to my VP or Semiconductor R&D Huiming Bu, with Project Management in the Enablement Design & Infrastructure space. Previously, I was the manager of IBM Research in Albany\'s Semiconductor Testsite Layout Design, GRV, & Infrastructure team. With the team, we brought each new testsite for semiconductor technology R&D to fruition through parametric & manual design, design infrastructure development, and a ground rule validation (GRV) framework to further advance technology maturity. In a prior role as the Manager of the Metrology group, I led a team of engineers and technicians as we worked to develop creative solutions for new measurement problems and engaged our equipment vendors to enable those solutions for the industry. As an engineer, I had been heavily involved in inline CDSEM & AFM research and development projects, design-based metrology, and macro design. I enjoy and am excited by tackling new problems, expanding my personal knowledge, rooting on the New England sports teams and connecting people with similar interests.
