I was hired by this leading $9.7 billion biotechnology company into the Philadelphia East expansion territory that was underperforming and I have driven sales growth for the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) portfolio including Tecfidera, Avonex, and Plegridy (oral and injectable treatments for relapsing forms of MS) and Tysabri (buy and bill)(monoclonal antibody - MS infusion biologic). I am calling on and selling to neurologists and the territory’s major MS treatment center, Jefferson University Hospital. My key accomplishments during this time include: • Selected as the Regional Rep providing feedback to corporate office on 2015 launch of Veeva CRM, Biogen’s new field sales force Customer Relationship Management system. • Achieved 103.7% of Tecfidera Q1 goal and blew out Q3 numbers at 130% of quota in 2014 and increased total portfolio market share for the territory to 40.1%; earned Big Recognition Award for Teamwork and Collaboration. • Launched new blockbuster medication Tecfidera during 2013 and generated 4.2% market share during the launch and ranked #2 in the region for Tecfidera referrals. • Ranked #1 region for increasing total portfolio market share to 37.9% in 2013, finished #1 in region and #5 in division during first trimester with 108.4% of Avonex goal, and won 4 Big Difference Awards. • Won the 2012 Regional MVP Award, generated 101% of the Q2 Avonex goal attainment, won the Acclaim Award, and ranked #2 in the region during best reporting period for Avonex auto-injector conversion sales rate. • Awarded 2011 President’s Club recognition, produced quarterly goal attainment for Avonex ranging from 101.7% to 107.1%, and ranked #2 in region,#3 in division, and #5 in U.S. for Avonex sales.
