I am an omnichannel retail and hospitality executive returning to merchandise buying after pursuing a curiosity for the culinary arts. I have a consistent history of growing businesses and delivering key metrics with specialty retail companies, across brick & mortar, catalog, e-commerce and direct to consumer. I\'m a creative brand builder who drives sales and margin improvement and digital transformation by identifying new business opportunities and translating analytics into actionable strategies. While leading the merchandising team, we launched and scaled a $140M direct to consumer business. Being a collaborative and entrepreneurial-minded leader, I thrive on challenges to create strategies that deliver results by energizing teams to achieve their potential. I’m highly motivated to advise and partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations) to deliver operational excellence and a meaningful customer experience.
