TRG assembles a comprehensive team of stakeholders from the onset of each project to determine requirements and develops the metrics for ongoing management and implementation to ensure that the finished project meets and exceeds the initial scoping. The Ross Group is a full-service construction contractor that takes clients from idea to occupancy. We have the ability to provide services for every aspect of a project’s life-cycle and beyond Site Selection and Development, Planning and Programming, Design and Engineering, Procurement and Permitting, Construction, Facilities Maintenance.Our integrated team approach throughout the project life-cycle ensures that initial program requirements are fully realized at initial occupancy and continues beyond the commissioning of the project. The Ross Group incorporated in 1996 in the state of Oklahoma. Its offices are in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK. My responsibility at The Ross Group includes HR generalist work with an emphasis on benefits management, new hire orientation, college recruiting, 401(k) administration, data management for HRIS system and policy implementation. In short, I support our employees so that they can focus on their CORE competencies. My intention is to maintain an approach to my work that inludes being considerate to those I work with. I am able to help others through active listening, paying attention to the details, and proposing new ideas that help streamline operations for the people of The Ross Group.
