Physician Liaison plays an integral role in the continued growth and development of UC Health working within the geographic regions to enhance continuity of care. Create and fostering positive relations and forming strategic alliances with physician practices, individual physicians, senior care facilities, and other healthcare institutions.Collect market data obtained in the field and identify obstacles that may negatively affect positive growth for the organization.Work with internal groups and departments to remedy organizational or growth barriers.Responsible for developing a contact strategy that will involve the alignment of external entity needs with the services provided by the healthcare system.Apply creative thinking to establish innovative means to introduce hospital services to specially targeted regions or existing healthcare providers.Participates in a variety of health fairs, physician events, and community programs that allow for the opportunity to promote the organization\'s service lines.Meet with physicians and department leaders to plan, market, and execute a series of educational seminars which will further promote hospital service lines and capabilities to the general public.Arrange and conduct tours of the facility.
