My purpose is to cultivate others to fulfill their maximum potential and impact. I have honed my expertise through experiences in non-profit management, corporate marketing and advertising, public relations, public affairs, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.My journey as an advocate began when I took on my sister\'s elementary school board and won for many children. Pride is being an advocate for families who are traditionally left out of the process.A teacher at heart, I am deeply passionate about training, teaching, coaching, sponsoring, and mentoring others through their life journeys. I have delivered impactful presentations: success strategies for college students and young professionals, non-profit governance and best practices, and career guidance early and mid-career professionals in corporate America.I am driven by a servant leadership philosophy and find fulfillment in giving back. I am an alum of the prestigious Presidential Leadership Scholars program - Class 2025. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR). Am a national coach for Hispanas Organized for Political Equality. Have held leadership roles on the Boards of HACR, PRSA Miami Chapter, University of the Pacific Alumni Association, St. Mary’s College Regents, American Heart Association California Affiliate, Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse, California Capital Airshow, Astronaut Jose Hernandez Reaching for the Stars Foundation, and Chicano Latino Youth Leadership Project.Have taught graduate level courses at American University, and undergrad at University of Phoenix. Taught public relations, marketing, advertising, business, project management and public speaking. Certified by John Maxwell Team in leadership development, by Emily Post Institute to teach civility and etiquette, and by Accomplishment Coaching in ontological life coaching. American of Mexican heritage. Parents worked in the fields of California and raised five children. All of us have a college degree.
