ABOUT MARYANNE LECHLEITER
A passion for marketing has been ingrained in me since childhood, sparked by the creation of my version of the Sears catalogue using a typewriter and Fashion Plates. Over the past 25 years I\'ve cultivated my expertise in traditional and digital marketing locally and internationally, encompassing strategy development, education marketing, SEO, SEM, website development, and brand management. With two decades in sales and marketing in print and digital news media, including seven years as owner and publisher of a lifestyle magazine, I transitioned my knowledge and expertise to international education almost a decade ago. My work with marketing, communications, and admissions teams in over a dozen countries has gained me a deep understanding of the unique nature of education and the complexities of crafting a relevant and nurturing experience for parents as they choose a school for their children–and beyond. An integral part of multi-departmental school teams, including United World College Southeast Asia (UWCSEA), the International School of Brussels (ISB), and Nagoya International School (NIS), I bring a critical perspective to projects helping schools transform the parent experience by streamlining technology, redefining internal processes, implementing automation and crafting strategic and meaningful communications to create a family journey that drives enrollment, retention, and long-term community engagement.
