My background spans education, recruiting, coaching, and adult learning, which allows me to support managers and teams in practical, human-centered ways.I’m especially interested in helping leaders communicate clearly, give effective feedback, and navigate the people side of their role with more confidence and intention. Having worked in both classroom and professional settings, I bring a facilitative, engaging approach that focuses on real-world application rather than theory.I’m currently exploring contract and consulting opportunities in leadership development, manager coaching, and learning facilitation, particularly within organizations that value thoughtful leadership and strong relationships.
