Mary Ann is an executive leader shaping the future of healthcare experience — one grounded in trust, driven by behavior change, and increasingly powered by AI. As Vice President of Experience at Devoted Health, she leads cross-functional teams responsible for digital strategy, service design, and end-to-end member experience. Her work ensures that every interaction with Devoted feels personal, clear, and deeply caring.In her current role, Mary Ann is helping to guide Devoted’s evolution toward unreasonably personalized and more scalable experiences — integrating AI in ways that build long-term trust with members. She partners across technology, operations, product, and design to align experience strategy with enterprise goals, from Stars and retention to digital engagement and complaint reduction.Mary Ann brings a unique blend of public service, human-centered design, and operational rigor. Before Devoted, she served in the Obama administration’s United States Digital Service at the White House and worked with diverse communities including Veterans, older adults, people with disabilities, and immigrants. She was also the lead editor of Health Literacy Online, the federal guide to designing inclusive digital health experiences.She holds a BA and MPH from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
