This privately held company provides outsourced clinical department recruitment, staffing, management and billing/collection services for hundreds of hospitals and health systems nationwide.Envision Physician Services is a family of companies, each of which has clinical staffing needs. Full-time, part-time, and independent contractor opportunities are available through Envision Physician Services.I am a member of the recruiting team and responsible for independently recruiting physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, CRNA to the organization. Additional responsibilities include screening candidates, setting up interviews, contract negotiations, resident presentations and employee retention and engagement. Maintain and build relationships with Hospital executives and Regional Vice Presidents of the company and also work closely with site Medical Directors.
