   Since joining American AgCredit in 2013, I have led a decade‑long transformation of the organization’s financial, credit, and operational capabilities—shaping AAC into a more resilient, strategically aligned, and future‑ready institution. I launched and scaled multiple enterprise functions, including the Credit Resolution Group, Chattel Evaluation Services, Real Property Appraisal, Innovation and ultimately the Office of the CFO, unifying accounting, financial management, treasury, and analytics under a cohesive mission and operating model.As Chief Financial Officer, I have strengthened financial governance, rebuilt regulatory confidence, modernized core accounting and treasury processes, and elevated the enterprise’s analytical and capital management capabilities. Under my leadership, we have strengthened our regulatory foundation, advanced CECL and capital adequacy frameworks, implemented automation and process redesign across finance functions, and established a Financial Business Partner model that embeds financial discipline and insight across the enterprise.My tenure reflects a consistent focus on strategic clarity, operational excellence, and people development.
