Good planning skills in preparing, scheduling and conducting training sessions and workshops of new employees and trainees; • Expertise in instructing practical courses of general and analytical chemistry at university level for undergraduate students; • Very good organisation skills to meet deadlines and handle the large quantity of samples with a high degree of accuracy; • Excellent problem solving skills, good descision maker, successful in analysing the requirements and providing timely responses; • Diligence, sense of initiative, team spirit, patience and ability to work under pressure.
