ABOUT MARYAM SHARIFZADEH

I am a dynamic and motivated architect and urban designer. I graduated with a Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture and with a Master\'s degree in Urban Design. Immediately after graduation, I started working as an architect and urban designer. During my professional career, I have a very successful experience in the design of residential and commercial facades (more than 100 different projects) as an architect, as well as successful experience in urban design and urban context, so that I won the first prize in the design competition for Shohada Square in Arak. In my designs, I put great emphasis on sustainable and contemporary design. The main principles I follow in my designs are sustainability, usability and aesthetics. With more than 8 years of professional experience, I am deeply involved in the development and implementation of the design down to the smallest detail. Thanks to my studies in architecture and urban designing, I can see both the detail and the whole, and my designs are the result of combining these two sciences so that we can create a serene and harmonious urban wall that preserves a sense of place. I also worked in the Tehran Municipality Facade Committee, where I was able to gain a variety of experiences in large and interesting projects. During this time, I also won the title of the best designer in the city of Tehran, twice. In addition, I received my engineering work permit from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, which is one of the highest engineering certificates for architects in Iran. I have extensive knowledge in designing facades in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion, and my strong communication skills enable me to succeed at both individual and team levels. I also have some experience working with Revit and ArchiCAD.
