Hi, I\'m Maryam Mohsin, a dedicated and versatile professional. My journey, ignited by a move to Canada in 2023, has beautifully blended a rich background in marketing and client relations with a newfound passion for Early Childhood Education. Educational & Professional Evolution:My career began with a Bachelor\'s in Arts, where I cultivated a deep understanding of human behavior. This led me to diverse roles in Pakistan, from crafting digital marketing strategies and fostering strong client relationships as a Key Account Manager to overseeing account sales and steering public relations initiatives. This multifaceted experience honed my strategic marketing, customer service, and organizational skills. Upon moving to Canada, I sought a career that was more hands-on and deeply fulfilling. I discovered Early Childhood Education, and from my very first experiences, I knew I had found my true calling. I recently completed my Early Childhood Educator Certification, and I am absolutely loving this new path. I gained valuable hands-on experience through practicums at UBC Childcare, SFU Childcare, and Willowbrae Academy, focusing on creating positive and inclusive learning environments and supporting children\'s social and emotional growth. Current Focus & Key Strengths:Building on this foundation, I am currently working as an Auxiliary Educator at UBC Childcare Centre, where I provide flexible support to daily programs, assist educators with supervision and age-appropriate activities, and foster positive interactions across the 1-5 age range. My strengths include:Child-Centric Engagement: Passionate about creating nurturing, stimulating environments and fostering positive interactions for children\'s holistic growth.Strategic & Adaptable: My background in digital marketing and key account management provides a unique strategic mindset and versatility to adapt to dynamic environments. Communication & Collaboration: Proficient in effective communication, content creation, and collaborating with teams. Customer & Client Focus: Years in retail and account management have sharpened my ability to understand needs and provide solutions. Connecting the Dots:I see the beauty in connecting seemingly unrelated dots – from understanding consumer behavior in marketing to nurturing individual development in early learning. While I am newly certified, my dedication to this field is profound, and I am eager to gain extensive experience and contribute meaningfully to a full-time ECE role.
