Experience in processing of oil sands and optimizing Fluid Coking process for upgrading of bitumen • More than 5 years experience in process & project engineering including conceptual, basic, and detail engineering design of pilot plants and commercial plants • Extensive experience in research and development of production of chemical and petrochemical products • Great work experience in developing feasibility studies and cost estimation • Expert in developing process engineering documentation such as basis of design, Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentations Diagrams (P & ID), control philosophy, cause and effect diagrams and equipment data sheets • Possess an expert level knowledge concerning equipment design, sizing, and specification • Great work experience in performing detailed HAZOP studies using PHA-Pro software • Expert at developing simulation models using chemical engineering software’s and analyzing results • Strong knowledge of the instrumentation and control system including Flow, Level, Temperature, and Pressure measuring devices and controllers • Experience in leadership of research teams and mentoring • Self motivated professional, capable of working independently or as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, Aspen HYSYS, SigmaPlot,TableCurve, COMSOL, COMFAR, FLUENT, PHA-Pro, MATLAB, LABVIEW, and PipeFlow • Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
