ABOUT MARYAM MINHAS
As Associate Director for Gartner Consulting, I have extensive experience in Engagement Management across a variety of consulting projects, focussing on Customer Experience and Strategy, Employee Learning and Development, and Operating Model and Digital Transformation. The majority of my career has focused on the Telco industry. Prior to Gartner Consulting I held various industry roles across Retail, Sales Operations, B2B Commercial Performance Management, and Wholesale Partner Development, where I led VMO2\'s GtM for RCS. At Gartner Consulting, alongside Engagement Managementof various projects, I lead Gartner\'s Global Digital Customer Experience Benchmark which regularly publishes data on an organisation\'s ability to deliver a strong Customer Experience for B2C and B2B customers. This involves me leading a team of 100+ across multiple countries, and managing relationships with CXO level executives.
