ABOUT MARYAM J.

I have been responsible for the installation, service, repair and preventive maintenance of medical devices in critical care units, ORs, and emergency departments. Managing over 70 accounts in Ontario, I oversee large-scale equipment installations and ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards, while adhering to hospital protocols and restrictions. With strong technical support skills and hands-on experience across a range of equipment, including anesthesia machines and vaporizers, patient monitors, and ventilators, Central stations Soft Ware, IT and network and cyber security. I also utilize CRM systems to analyze data and manage inventory, ensuring the efficient use of resources and parts. Additionally, I am familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles, which guide my approach to improving service efficiency and quality. I work directly with, a wide variety of health care professionals as well as technical customers in hospital settings, ensuring that their needs are met and fostering strong relationships built on trust and communication. My work emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving, and ensuring the well-being of both patients and staff, while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
