Provide professional leadership, support and development to HR staff, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and to ensure that relevant professional standards are met. •Process Exit interviews and communicate the important feedback with the management to suggest departmental improvements. •Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and main areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Performance •Management, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems. •Maintain Employee and Workplace privacy •Set objectives for the HR team and track progress. •Oversee the HR department ensuring the day-to-day onboarding, recruitment, and offboarding processes are up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision •Regularly coach, mentor and support Department Heads, Supervisors and other Management teams to identify individual strengths and development needs, develop and maintain effective relationships and encourage retention. •Ensure Department Heads, Supervisors and all other management teams are sufficiently skilled and enabled to access appropriate guidance and information to manage workplace issues. •Support the HR departments in the development and implementation of the strategic HR plans and ensuring they are aligning with the business goals. •Collaborate with the executive leadership and HR team to identify New system (Confluence) improvements and enhancements such as Time Off Approvals, Employee access to the policies and workplace protocols, and forms, •First point of contact for any confidential Employee Relation matters and taking the necessary steps to resolve
