Developed 20+ primary fallopian tube (2D) and patient-derived organoid (3D) models, enabling preclinical evaluation of human Follicular Fluid (hFF)-driven carcinogenesis and LINE-1(L1) activation.• Created CRISPR/Cas9 knockout models of an ovarian cancer-associated gene in two cell lines to link its loss to L1 activation, DNA damage, and hFF facilitation, supporting target validation and mechanism-of-action studies.• Engineered 10+ cell lines using lentiviral transduction and transposon systems to create durable platforms modeling oncogenic signaling, including the PI3K/AKT pathway.• Designed and validated immunoassays (IHC, immunofluorescence) for LINE-1 detection and tissue origin analysis, strengthening biomarker discovery workflows.• Developed a methodology to induce macrophage polarization into M1/M2 phenotypes through literature review and testing different stimulants and cell culture methods, resulting in a comprehensive cytokine profile assessment.• Conjugated two anti-HER2 antibodies to a cytotoxic payload and engineered uterine cancer cells for PI3K overexpression, enabling ADC efficacy testing and resistance modeling in PI3K-altered systems to strengthen translational immunotherapy pipelines. • Designed and executed large-scale isolation and characterization of extracellular vehicles (EVs) using standardized ultrafiltration and NTA workflows to investigate cancer stem cell–mediated transfer of drug resistance to non-CSCs.• Mentored three research technicians in assay execution and troubleshooting, improving technical proficiency andexperimental reproducibility.• Accurate record-keeping, including database management, batch records, and electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
