ABOUT MARY A. FITZGERALD

As a career coach, my focus is on helping people identify, own and promote their strengths, strategize how to improve in areas that challenge them and provide encouragement as they move forward toward achieving their professional goals. I especially enjoying introducing and connecting job seekers and those exploring new career paths with resources to effectively get them where they want to go.My professional experience has involved working with many different types of job seekers in a variety of settings. Currently, I\'m working with people in career transition due to a layoff or other circumstances. Prior to that, I coached clients at a Nashville nonprofit, helping them to upskill and navigate their way to high demand jobs. I\'ve remotely coached students in launching job searches for technology careers at one of the longest-running technology bootcamps in the country. I\'ve also been on faculty at the largest community college system in Texas as the only full-time career counselor for a campus of students. I like a challenge!
