As an SDR Team Trainer at Agency Sidekicks, I\'m responsible for developing ready-to-sell offshore sales resources to support growing and capable agencies and internal marketing teams. My extensive background in sales and sales management allows me to create weaponized SDRs that are ready to support your lead gen and inside sales initiatives from day one, all at a fraction of the cost of a salaried onshore employee.After nearly a decade of \"carrying a bag\" in the trenches, I advanced into a sales management position at a multinational US corporation before accepting my current role at Agency Sidekicks. In my current position, I\'ve hand crafted a training program that allows the rapid and seamless transfer of knowledge at scale. With the support of my excellent team I\'m able to prepare highly capable SDRs and inside sales reps for action, but the best part is that my oversight of these individuals doesn\'t end as they enter your organization.
