   Sr. Aerospace Engineering Project Manager for a global engineering organization. My engineering research and development team designs and certifies integrated avionics systems for domestic and international OEMs, Operators and Dealers. Team also is integral in design and certification of stand alone point products for forward fit and retrofit market. Team members support Commercial and Defense Business, Regional and General Aviation as well as Air Transport markets and reside across the United States and in Brazil, Canada, France, China, Czech Republic, India, Mexico and Puerto Rico. In additional to traditional Project Management activities, I am an organizational leader responsible for driving consistent processes and tools across engineering organization. As a Six Sigma trained Black Belt, I mentor, train and certify Green Belt Candidates. I also teach numerous Instructor Led classes each year to applications engineers on Honeywell tools, processes and Change Management.
