As a deployment resource with PepsiCo Global Template (PGT), I have become a subject matter expert in PepsiCo\'s SAP S/4HANA custom solution, gaining exposure to Change Management as a discipline and practice. I have had boots on the ground at 15 different bottling plants across the US and Canada. While on site, I provide valuable training to colleagues working in maintenance, production, and quality across all shifts. At home, I assist Hypercare to help past sites, plan and assist with culture-affirming events with our Hype Squad, and strengthen my specializations.
