Summary:I reclaimed our family’s tradition of canning pickled condiments in 1994. My company processes Michigan grown vegetables and the products can be found on shelves worldwide. I learned the tricks of the trade from my grandparents who started canning and preserving their farm-grown vegetables in Chesterfield at the beginning of the Great Depression. All of Safie Specialty Foods Company, Inc. products are hand-packed, using only natural, whole spices from local home-grown vegetables. We create culinary masterpieces using traditional methods and we are known worldwide for our capacity to capture and preserve the savory flavors of Michigan\'s harvests.
