ABOUT MARY ROWE
Mary Rowe, has extensive experience in all areas of Human Resources and is also a skilled mediator specializing in helping parties resolve workplace conflict. She served as President of IPMA-HR (International Public Managers Association - Human Resources) in 2017. She also teaches an HR Executive Leadership course and an HR Business Partner course. Holds the following certifications: IPMA-HR CP - Certified Professional, Society of Human Resources SPHR - Senior Professional Human Resources and National Public Labor and Employee Relations Association (NPELRA) certification for labor relations professionals. Award recipient – 2004 award recipient Management Category from Labor and Employment Relations Association Oregon Chapter (LERA) Over 25 years of experience in public sector human resources, where I have led organizational change initiatives, served as lead negotiator for management, developed comprehensive training programs and overseen all aspects of human resources. In addition I am a trained mediator serving on multiple mediation panels both in the area of employment mediation and special education mediation.
