Going the extra steps to get all the information about the family, activities, ages, etc makes the transition easier for the little people involved that sometimes get forgotten in the shuffle. Mary grew up in Las Vegas. She has extensive experience in Customer Service. She also has over 14 years of Real Estate experience in the ever changing Real Estate market. Her experience ranges from traditional Real Estate, Short Sales, Reo\'s, Rentals (locating and managing), Investment Properties. She has managed several real estate teams throughout her real estate career. The differences in the markets gives Mary an edge that all Realtors do not have working in such diverse markets. She also have extensive experience as a Notary Public. She is a CERTIFIED NNA Notary Signing Agent. She has been a Notary in Nevada for the past 14 years and she is a Notary in Utah for the past 10 years. She has handled everything for loan docs, grant sale deeds, trusts, certifying original documents and mentored several notaries to get their business started and continuing to grow. She is registered with all the major Title and Escrow companies in Nevada, California, Arizona, and Utah currently. Her E and O insurance exceeds the current requirements. She is continuing to take classes to keep up with the real estate and Notary laws, regulations, and changes.
