My career portfolio reads like a masterclass in corporate communications; 19 years at Procter and Gamble where I progressed from contract specialist to leading North America crisis and issues management. Three years as Global D&I Leader, crafting narratives that celebrated inclusion while driving business strategy. External relations roles that connected innovation with market opportunity. And now, bringing that expertise to Salesforce as a project manager focused on disability inclusion. What sets me apart? I don\'t just write communications—I architect them. I understand that every message is an opportunity to build reputation, strengthen culture, or shift perception. My background as a journalist taught me to find the story; my corporate experience taught me to align that story with business objectives; and my consulting work through my agency, Monarchs in the Making, taught me to adapt strategies across diverse organizational landscapes. I\'ve managed communications during crisis situations, led global messaging strategies, and built stakeholder relations programs that deliver results. But what I appreciate the most?
