About Mary Rafferty
I have had the opportunity to work at some of the world’s most successful entertainment and toy companies, including The Walt Disney Company, Saban, Mattel, Spin Master and Jakks Pacific. Since I have always been on the product side, I have had the good fortune to provide a little bit of fun to kids by bringing some great toy and other product ideas to life. And that is what I do best, develop and launch consumer product programs based on new content, emerging brands or great characters. With a keen eye for identifying unique product opportunities and new or shifting market trends, many of my products have broken sales records and won awards. My confidence and enthusiasm for each brand I work with helps me convey the potential and opportunity to manufacturers and retailers alike. I bring a high level of energy and spirit to the team whether that group is large or small. Adept at working across groups and at forging both internal and external partnerships, I believe I can inspire the team to push their creativity and imagination to lift the entire franchise with new products and retail programs.
