I fell in love with franchising after owning several small businesses and then buying my first franchise over 30 years ago. I welcomed the opportunity to learn from those that came before me, follow a proven system, benefit from peers who were \"in the same boat,\" and make use of the support and training provided by the franchisor. I remained in the franchising industry until retiring in 2020, and have enjoyed helping small business owners realize their own American dream.In recent years, I\'ve been exploring various art forms and have been sharing these with other adults. These techniques can be relaxing and increase mindfulness, while producing fun drawings and paintings, even for those that have no experience.
