About Mary Podziomek
As a Senior Manager in Human Resource Information Systems, I specialize in aligning people, processes, and technology to drive organizational success. During my current role, I have led the global implementation of UKG Pro and WFM along with HR Service Delivery. During this implementation, I initiated collaboration with global HR business partners to successfully configure time and attendance requirements including regional leave policies. This included North America, Europe, India, Australia and New Zealand.I have expertise in configuring API integrations including Activ Payroll, SmartRecruiters and multiple EDI feeds for Benefit Administration.Since Go Live, I have continued to improve the UKG processes and procedures based on their twice-yearly releases while aligning with the landscape of Human Resources. Working with local and global HR leaders has allowed me to grow my knowledge of policies and procedures within those regions. I am passionate about leveraging tools like UKG to optimize workforce management, enhance analytic capabilities and deliver seamless user experiences.
