Greetings! I founded The Virtual Facilitator for a few of the following reasons, the list can be long!~ Virtual is proving to show through studies to have a greater impact on behavior and habit change for the long term.~ You can hear from every voice in the room versus hearing from just the hands that are raised in-person.~ Virtual can be a cost effective way to build community, keep people connecting and feel like they belong.~ A way to quickly get an entire company understanding on board with major initiatives and changes.~ And, the #1 reason, I am an \"awakener of learning\" at heart, in my DNA and have spent my career striving to help individuals be their best and their bring spirit come alive!The Virtual Facilitator, or TVF, as we call ourselves, will offer services in four areas:1. Customized coaching and feedback for facilitators and presenters on their virtual techniques2. A virtual 2 hour intensive to experience best practices of virtual design and delivery3. An analysis and recommendations for your current virtual programs bench marking the session against first in-class design and delivery 4.
