I’m Mary O’Sullivan, Manager of Learning & Development at PSA Security Network. After more than a decade in higher education, I transitioned into the security industry. My communication, education, and instructional design background gives me a solid foundation to build engaging, purposeful learning experiences for the integrators and professionals we serve.At PSA, I lead PSA University - our comprehensive learning platform that unites technical training, soft skill development, and career growth tools in one accessible place. I’m passionate about creating programs that connect the dots between operations and strategy, making sure our content is not only informative but practical and actionable for PSA Network members.As a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I bring a Six Sigma mindset to every project, focused on smart planning, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact. Over the past few years, I’ve tripled user engagement on our LMS, streamlined partner training through e-commerce integration, and managed high-profile educational sessions at our national conference.Making learning accessible, relevant, and inclusive is at the heart of what I do - whether that’s launching new course tracks, collaborating with industry experts, or leveraging the latest technology to enhance training effectiveness.At the core, I believe in the power of learning to drive real change, and I’m dedicated to helping others grow, adapt, and lead in this ever evolving industry.
