As a sophomore at Tulane University, I collaborate with two other coordinators to build and facilitate a yearlong program with thirty selected freshman to enhance their leadership styles and to provide them with opportunities to create change on campus-I applied for this position after being a freshman participant in the program\'s third year. Since being appointed by our student body president, the three of us have built on the program\'s bonding aspects.
