About Mary Niehaus
Mary represents and advises a global clientele in all matters relating to employee benefits, ERISA and executive compensation. She primarily represents large multi-national corporations, private equity firms, international consulting and accounting firms, internet start-ups, manufacturing companies and other employers on issues that arise in corporate transactions, including post-deal integration, and in the design, implementation and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement, welfare and fringe benefit plans. She also advises clients in the context of restructurings and advises on issues relating to Title IV pension plans, including multiemployer plan withdrawal liability.Mary has been recognized for outstanding client service in the 17th annual BTI Client Service All-Stars report, as a leading lawyer in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, in The Best Lawyers of America in the area of Employee Benefits (ERISA) law and in Super Lawyers in the area of Employee Benefits.Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling around the world with her family and friends.
