ABOUT MARY MONAGHAN
Having gone to school to study engineering then later obtaining my MBA, never did I imagine myself becoming a coach. In 2008, during the financial crisis, I was living in Dubai, UAE and had the opportunity to explore new options. I studied with the Co-Active Training Institute and fell in love with the work and knew I had found my purpose and passion in life. My career experiences range from working in large corporations (Johnson & Johnson, Methodist Global Healthcare) to small nonprofits (Ontario Brain Institute) to more recently the start-up tech space with SV Academy & BetterUp as a coach. At BetterUp I coach poeple ranging from ICs to entrepreneurs to the C-Suite levels including companies such as Google, X, VISA, NASA, the FAA, Lego, Interfor and hundreds more. I work with people to help them find out who they truly are, what they really want and what makes them come alive. When the person feels confident, alive and certain, all other things typically fall into line. I\'ve traveled the world and lived in far off places such as Australia, Dubai and recently a small mountain town in the Canadian Rockies called Canmore. I currently live in Toronto, Canada with my husband and three children ages 16, 14 and 12 and our puppy, Rossi.
