Develop and implement North America Compliance Program and its related activities, covering all compliance regimes including regulatory compliance, licensing, AML/CFT, Sanctions, and Anti-corruption, etc.• Identify, assess and manage compliance risks across business activities of the company and subsidiaries.• Maintain current and extensive knowledge on relevant laws and regulatory guidelines; advise the Board and Management, train staff on new regulatory developments and recommend appropriate policies, procedures and internal controls accordingly.• Monitor adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures.• Provide regulatory reports timely and accurately as required, including MSB reports, SARs and OFAC reports, etc.• Support regulatory examinations, license renewals, and other regulatory inquiries; maintain constructive communication and relationship with regulators.• Proactively contribute to the development and implementation of adequate compliancecontrols to new business initiatives and products.• Manage effective due diligence and monitoring program to third parties and vendors.• Oversee the effectiveness of the programs through compliance testing, internal andexternal audits.• Lead the acquisition and maintenance of all business and regulatory required licenses,which may cover countries in other regions.• Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver positive customer experiencewhile maintaining compliance standards.• Build and drive a high-performing compliance team.
