I recognise that engagement plays a vital role in ensuring accidents and incidents are prevented and I use the skills from my continuous improvement background to implement sustainable initiatives.For me, an organisation is stronger when each and every person is dedicated to achieving the same goals and understands their role in that journey. My role in that journey is to integrate EHS systems into day to day activities so that they are not seen as additional requirements but as tools that create a healthy and safe working environment.
