As an Advisor Recruitment Specialist, I am often the first point of contact for advisors exploring the possibility of joining IPC. This allows me to set the tone for how advisors engage with IPC by demonstrating our values and culture from the very beginning. My starting point is always to listen closely to advisors’ needs to understand how we can help them build, grow, or transition their business- Utilize industry research, websites, social media (LinkedIn) and various other databases to proactively contact prospective advisors across Canada via telephone & email on behalf of the VP, Corporate Development- Conducts outbound calls to a targeted list of non-IPC advisors to determine if they would like more information on IPC and/or the next steps in the process of joining our firm- Follow-up with marketing packages or phone calls to see if there is interest and develop a systematic process of communication and dialogue- Collecting documentation for the New Advisor Compliance review process- Assisting with the onboarding of new recruits to ensure a seamless transition for advisors and their clientsIf you’re an advisor with an entrepreneurial spirit and looking to grow your business, I’d love to have a chat.
