About Mary Lindeman

For over 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in New Home Sales and New Construction Development. I currently call Chicago home and have worked in Oregon and northern Colorado. When I started my real estate career in 2007 with Pulte Homes, homebuilding was already in my DNA. My dad built his own successful roofing company, so growing up, I saw firsthand the work and care that goes into home construction. My personal connection drove me as a top-performing agent during a volatile period in our industry. I acquired extensive knowledge of real estate and affiliate industries and demonstrated a consistent ability to produce improved results and continued success. Since joining New Home Star (NHS) in 2013, I have expanded my skill set, developed and built business relationships, decreased costs, strategized to increase margin and ROI, implemented and improved operations strategies and processes, and increased cash flow. In my current role as Vice President of Builder Operations, I am responsible for all Builder Operations. This includes installing operations with new and expanding builder partners in 30 divisions, implementing national builder initiatives, overseeing our 21 real estate brokerages, and leading the new and growing NHS national Online Sales division. It’s important to me to use my experience and leadership platform to give back to our team and industry in a positive way. One initiative I hope will have a positive impact is the New Home Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee which I co-founded in 2020.    Responsible for all Builder Operations, including: onboarding new builder partners and expansion markets, brokerage operations in 21 states, and national online sales department. • 2021 - NAHB IBS Production Builder Executive Club Speaker • 2020 - New Home Star Corporate Leader of the Year • 2020 - Co-founded Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee • 2020 - Created and scaled a national Online Sales Concierge Department resulting in 1600+ sales in less than 24 months, 13 new full-time positions, and an additional revenue stream for New Home Star. • 2020-21 - Implemented new project management software—Smartsheets—creating a comprehensive, fully automated onboarding process and resource. • 2022 – Online Sales Division received Online Sales Team of the Year - Silver Award by The Nationals. • Installed 3 new builder partners and 15 new divisions with several homebuilders in the Top 100 list.
