Writer, devisor and producer of over twenty original theatre shows, currently Exec Director of The Performance Ensemble https://theperformanceensemble.comA pioneer of immersive and digital performance, my writing and research has sought to develop new kinds of performance interfaces, most recently utilising transmedia formats and platforms.I have always taken a progressive approach to addressing digital skills gaps in the creative sector whilst also advocating that we take an expansive view of job roles for creative specialists within an increasingly converged industrial world, particularly seeing the role of writers and theatre makers in UX teams. I am values led and as a trained coach I bring a coaching style ethos to all my leadership roles.
